Our sizing charts are listed on each item description to ensure you are ordering the correct size. All orders will be shopped to the shipping address that is entered upon purchase. If any changes are made, the customer is responsible for any additional payment.
Once an order is dropped at the post office, it is officially in the hands of the mail carrier. We can't refund lost or stolen packages.
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review your case. We will do our best to find a solution!
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be processed, as many items are made to order! Sweet Nothings is ran by one person and each item is hand made.
